평점: ★ 6.146 / 10돈키혼테처럼 밀어붙이고 지길 싫어하는 둘리 형사가 거물급 마약 거래상 라이만의 뒤를 끈질기게 캔다. 마약을 색출해 내기 위해 제리라는 경찰견 한마리를 얻는데 제리 또한 지기 싫어하는 성격에다 지능이 뛰어나고 고집이 세다. 파트너가 된 제리와 둘리는 만나자마자 주도권을 놓고 팽팽히 대결한다. 라이만은 둘리 형사가 사건에서 손을 떼게 하기 위해 둘리의 애인 트레이시를 납치해 둘리를 협박한다. 결국 트레이시를 구해내나 제리가 총상을 입는다. 총상을 입은 제리를 안고 병원으로 가 제리를 구한다.
